ProctorPave Grass

Introduction

ProctorPave Grass is a unique plastic porous paver which provides incredible load bearing strength whilst protecting vegetation root system from deadly compaction. The high void ratio across the entire cross section allows excellent root development whilst allowing stormwater to infiltrate naturally into the underlying strata, thus reducing stormwater run-off and the need for underground stormwater pipes and manholes etc.

Impervious surfaces like concrete and asphalt contribute to an unnatural water course by returning stormwater too rapidly into rivers and streams which leads to river bank erosion and flooding.

With ProctorPave Grass, stormwater is slowed in movement through and across the surface leading to a more natural water cycle whilst suspended pollutants and engine oils are consumed by active soil bacteria, which are aided by the systems unrivalled oxygen exchange capacity.
