We will be exhibiting the benefits of both airtight membranes for walls (Wraptite System) and air permeable breather membranes for roofs (Roofshield).Roofshield’s unique vapour and air permeability characteristics allow even the most complex of pitched roofs to breathe – without the need for traditional air gaps or venting products, which may spoil the aesthetics of your building. Roofshield is as easy to install as traditional roofing felt. Roofshield also complies with the latest BS 5534 guidelines and our experts will be available to answer any queries regarding this latest change in building regulations.
The Wraptite system offers the ideal option for a vapour permeable air barrier. Designed to cost effectively replace conventional breather membranes, in the traditional manner, Wraptite is a low-resistance vapour permeable air barrier wall underlay, which is durable, flexible and lightweight, allowing for easy installation.
On The Stand
Roofshield is a unique, three - layer, nonwoven, spunbonded, polypropylene breather membrane with a patented melt - blown core. It is intended for use as a pitched roof underlay (breathable roofing felt) and is fixed beneath tiles and slates.
Roofshield provides a secondary barrier to the ingress of rain, wind and snow. It has a low vapour resistance and is air - permeable; additionally, it eliminates the incidence of interstitial condensation in pitched roofs. The product provides the most cost - effective solution to controlling interstitial condensation in a pitched roof.

Used together, the components of the Wraptite system provide a simplified and robust method of achieving low air leakage rates, particularly when installed on site, as is typical with large scale rainscreen construction, or when sealing junctions between prefabricated building components. By reducing the likelihood of failures to meet designed airtightness levels, the Wraptite System helps ensure “as-designed” performance is achieved, helping to narrow the ‘performance gap’ between as-designed and actual energy performance.
