The A Proctor Group has been supplying products into the Irish Building Industry for over 16 years now through a network of well established and knowledgeable distributors. We specialize in Construction Membranes, Acoustics, Thermal Insulation, Geosynthetic Engineering and Exterior Products. We are very excited about our latest developments to our product range including:

Spacetherm – A Fiborous Matting which is impregnated with Aerogel giving it a K Value of 0.014 W/mK. The product comes in 5mm and 10mm thick layers and is bonded onto Fermacell Boards, Plasterboards and Chipboards to give an a very thin insulation to help treat hard to treat homes.
Maibec Timber Cladding – A Canadian Spruce Timber which is stained to which ever colour the client requires and offers a 50 year warranty against timber rot and decay and also an 18 year warranty on the colour against cracking, blistering and peeling. This colour warranty can be increased by a further 15 years by adding a further coating of paint during the first 18 years. See Also Maibec® Full Cost Report
Royale Timber Cladding – A Scots Pine Timber which is treated using Osmose Royale Process. This involves the timber being placed into a hot oil processing plant and subjected to a controlled combination of vacuum and temperature to initiate moisture removal. The heated blend of Osmose Royale oils is introduced under vacuum into the vessel and this accelerates the moisture removal. The removed moisture is replaced with the Osmose Royale oil. A final vacuum is applied to remove excess Osmose Royale oil and the timber is allowed to dry. The process allows a warranty of 30 years against timber rot and decay and ensures that the timber will silver at a much more even spread.
