The self-build project managed by Phil and Lynn Dickinson is designed by architects Allan Corfield Architects, and is located in Craobh Haven, a unique location that combines the beauty of an Atlantic Rainforest with stunning sea views. Craobh Haven is a small purpose-built village and sailing port on the west coast of Argyll and Bute, Scotland. The main contractor for the project is Rochead Irvine Construction.

A unique leisure centre project in the heart of Exeter City Centre is leading the way in Passivhaus design. For the first time, this is a project that confirms that large-scale, complex buildings can be delivered to meet the stringent Passivhaus certification requirements.

Designed by Space & Place Architects alongside Passive House designers Gale & Snowden and delivered on-site by main contractor Keir, St Sidwell’s Point is the world’s first Passivhauscertified multi-zoned leisure centre.

This 6700 square metre, 44-million-pound project is a state-of-the-art showcase for forward-thinking sustainability focussed design. This world-leading project incorporates the Wraptite® vapour-permeable air barrier from the A. Proctor Group as part of the highly efficient external wall construction.

In addition to Wraptite, the building design features Fireshield®, a vapour-permeable membrane designed to improve the fire protection behind the cladding.

Two brand new industrial units totalling approximately 118,000m2 have been built on land protected with high-performance Protech GM Super gas barrier membrane from the A. Proctor Group.

The units at Panattoni Park Avonmouth, Bristol, are said to include the UK’s largest ever speculatively built warehouse. The gas protection measures were designed by Geoshield, who specified the Protech GM Super gas membrane for the project. The installation was also verified in accordance with CIRIA 735 by Geoshield.

UK Membranes Limited, specialists in ground gas membrane installation carried out the project to install a welded gas barrier to the footprint of the building including a vent mat layout under the membrane and protection fleece on top.

The project development on behalf of Cairn Homes consists of over 400 residential units within nine apartment buildings ranging in height from one to nine storeys. The new homes form part of a wider mixed-use development, including retail, commercial, office units, residential amenity space, and open spaces along with services provisions to facilitate the development, including parking.

The project’s design was created by award-winning practice Reddy Architecture + Urbanism, and Platt & Reilly, one of the UK’s and Ireland’s leading partition and ceiling contractors, installed the Wraptite system.

The Wraptite external air barrier system from the A. Proctor Group has been chosen for its airtight benefits for a Department for Education (DfE) funded project of the offsite construction of Northampton School for Boys Multi-Academy Trust.

The new project forms part of a full turnkey solution provided by Algeco, acting as Principal Design and Build Contractor alongside Watson Batty Architects. The project includes a total of 210 modules using Seismic technology, plus a hybrid structure for the halls, to create the 1200-place new secondary school, including sixth form.
